Atheists can just go to the back of the bus
I came across an article entitled; Councilors defend prayer recitation at meetings, by Michael Lightstone in a recent edition of The Chronicle Herald out of Halifax Nova Scotia. The article basically addresses the issue of reciting prayers at the beginning of Halifax Regional Municipality Council meetings. The article is to be commended for raising the issue although there is a lack of balance as no atheists or skeptics are interviewed. Read the rest of this entry »
